Peano dimension of fundamental groups

چکیده
We define the Peano dimension for groups arising as fundamental groups, which generalizes classical definition of geometric finitely presented groups. conjecture that group a aspherical continuum X is equal to homotopy X. prove one-dimensional or planar continua. This answers question posed by Cannon and Conner in 2007 concerning sets.

Fundamental Functor Based on Hypergroups and Groups
The purpose of this paper is to compute of fundamental relations of hypergroups. In this regards first we study some basic properties of fundamental relation of hypergroups, then we show that any given group is isomorphic to the fundamental group of a nontrivial hypergroup. Finally we study the connections between categories of hypergroups and groups via the fundam...
متن کاملOn subgroups of topologized fundamental groups and generalized coverings
In this paper, we are interested in studying subgroups of topologized fundamental groups and their influences on generalized covering maps. More precisely, we find some relationships between generalized covering subgroups and the other famous subgroups of the fundamental group equipped with the compact-open topology and the whisker topology. Moreover, we present some conditions unde...

متن کاملCommutativeness of Fundamental Groups of Topological Groups
The notation and terminology used in this paper have been introduced in the following articles: [3], [19], [9], [10], [16], [20], [4], [5], [22], [23], [21], [1], [6], [17], [18], [2], [25], [26], [24], [15], [12], [13], [8], [14], and [7]. Let A be a non empty set, x be an element, and a be an element of A. Let us observe that (A 7−→ x)(a) reduces to x. Let A, B be non empty topological spaces...
متن کاملÉtale Fundamental Groups
Here are the notes I am taking for Johan de Jong’s ongoing course on étale fundamental groups offered at Columbia University in Fall 2015 (MATH G4263: Topics in Algebraic Geometry). Due to my own lack of understanding of the materials, I have inevitably introduced both mathematical and typographical errors in these notes. Please send corrections and comments to [email protected]. WARNING:...
